The high expertise in hydrogen technologies and in social analysis, with strong links to industry, policy makers and local networks, are the main qualities of our international team that will guide the HYPOP’s activities, along its development in the next two years.

Environment Park is an Italian Technology Park, based in Turin, that has been active for over 20 years in environmental innovation and sustainability. Environment Park works to support public and private actors in their own pathways towards environmental sustainability. Its activities are divided into two business units: Innovation services and Real Estate services. Within Innovation services it provides expert technical advice in Cleantech related areas: Energy and Mobility, Surface Treatment, Hydrogen, Green Chemistry/Circular Economy, Climate Change. Environment Park is also manager of the CLEVER Cluster on energy and clean technologies. Environment Park is a reference point for a complete eco-system of research, innovation and technology transfer, connected to European networks, capable of competing in research and assisting companies in their competitive growth.

INSTITUTE FOR METHODS INNOVATION

Founded in 2017, the Institute for Methods Innovation is a scientific, charitable, and non-profit institute committed to higher learning through the advancement of education and educational capacities in support of educational establishments, such as schools, colleges, and universities. IMI brings particular expertise in stakeholder research, stakeholder engagement and communication. IMI’s provision of stakeholder research and engagement, communication, consultation and other related professional development and technology services is designed to enable education professionals and organisations to be self-sufficient in their use of social research, evaluation and audience research methods, and related social scientific knowledge. With registered offices in Ireland, United States and United Kingdom, we work closely with stakeholders to deliver research training, evaluation frameworks, systems, and services globally.

Fundacion IMDEA Energia

IMDEA is a research initiative driven by the Regional Government of Madrid (Spain) and formed by a network of independent centres which operate as public non-profit foundations. IMDEA Energy is part of the IMDEA network since its creation in November 2006. Its mission is the promotion of R&D activities in energy, with emphasis on topics related to sustainable energy technologies, including their analysis from technical, economic, environmental and social perspectives.

APRE is a non-profit association created in 1989 as a joint initiative of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) and a number of public and private bodies, to meet the growing demand for information on European research programmes. APRE's mission is to support and promote Italian participation in the European Union Research and Innovation (R&I) programmes, by providing scientific and the industrial communities with information, education and assistance services. APRE is at the heart of a network of more 150 members from the academia to private sector. APRE Projects Department is work package leader of the Communication and Dissemination activities, furthermore APRE participate to the stakeholder’s engagement events and will manage all Hypop’s Social media (website, YouTube, facebook, etc.).

CENTRO NACIONAL DEL HIDRÓGENO

Centro Nacional del Hidrógeno (CNH2) is a national research centre aimed at promoting scientific and technological research into hydrogen and fuel cell technologies covering the whole value chain. It was created in 2007 as a Public R&D&i Consortium between Science and Innovation Spain Ministry and Castilla-La Mancha region 50% both. It is located in Puertollano, Ciudad Real (SPAIN). Its main objectives are: promote and boost the hydrogen and fuel cells technologies, performance the research, experimentation and validation of prototypes and equipment, develop and scale-up processes, implement R&D projects and execute third parts – duty services. CNH2 has 13 laboratories and 5 auxiliary facilities that carry out their activities in the following áreas related to hydrogen: production, storage and distribution, transformation, applications, regulation, certification, technology implementation, training and crosscutting activities.

Together we take care of the local community and business efficiency. As the most active and dynamically developing organization in the region, Chamber established Cluster of Hydrogen Technologies. Its mission is to initiate actions to increase the importance of hydrogen technologies by supporting members of the Cluster and cooperating entities in the development of innovative solutions for energy efficiency and low-carbon economy.

CLUSTER TWEED

Gathering more than two hundred Wallonia & Brussels actors of the Renewable Energy sector, the first mission of the Cluster TWEED is to pave the way for the setting up of high quality and industrial-size projects in the fields of production and exploitation of sustainable energy and hydrogen. TWEED has set up a dedicated ecosystem around hydrogen called H2Hub Wallonia in order to give a transversal vision on the main H2 and development initiatives in Wallonia : H2Hub Wallonia aims to reinforce collaboration, intersectoral dialogue and knowledge sharing at regional, national and international levels. Hydrogen is also of interest to different institutional levels in Belgium (regions and federal government). To represent the whole belgian H2 value chain, Waterstofnet (Hydrogen Industry Cluster in Flanders) and Cluster TWEED (H2hub Wallonia) are associated and are coordinating the Belgian Hydrogen Council.

BALKANSKI VODORODEN KLASTER

The Balkan Hydrogen Cluster represents a network of around 70 companies and state institutions from the fields of plant engineering, renewable energies and hydrogen. The core service of the cluster is the networking and support of Bulgarian companies along the entire value chain.The cluster itself as a link between business, industry, research and public institutions.Our goal is the in-depth cooperation between the countries of the Balkan Peninsula in the direction of energy policy, its efficiency and promotion of use, as well as the development of technologies for renewable energy sources.
